4. Payments and Sparks

Fans may purchase virtual sparks to interact with AI personas. All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Sparks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Reviewer and Admin Access

Fanly.fans administrators and authorized compliance reviewers (including payment gateway reviewers) reserve the right to access any public or unlisted profile for compliance, moderation, and verification purposes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly regarding content safety and age restrictions, without prior notice.
